Banjara Lensers provides wedding photography, cinematography, and related visual storytelling services. Our services may include pre-wedding shoots, wedding day coverage, post-wedding sessions, and customized packages.
Service availability may vary based on location, date, and availability.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and advance payment as specified in our proposal/invoice.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
All payments are non-refundable.
Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate during planning and on the shoot day(s).
Delays caused by the client or third parties (e.g., venues, planners) may affect coverage and deliverables.
The client is responsible for securing permission to photograph at specific venues.
All photos, videos, and other creative content produced by Banjara Lensers are protected by copyright.
We retain the right to use images/videos for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or award submissions, unless the client explicitly restricts this in writing before the shoot.
Clients receive limited personal usage rights for photos and videos. Commercial use or resale is not permitted without our written consent.
Edited photographs and videos will be delivered within the timeframe discussed at the time of booking (typically within 6–10 weeks depending on the workload and season).
Raw files are not provided unless included in the package or agreed in writing.
Delivery will be via online galleries, downloadable links, or physical devices if agreed upon.
While we aim to capture all important moments, we cannot guarantee every scene, person, or detail due to dynamic live-event conditions.
We are not liable for loss of data due to hardware failure, theft, or unforeseen technical issues. We maintain regular backups but recommend clients download and store their content securely.
In no event shall Banjara Lensers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on www.banjaralensers.com, including images, videos, and text, is owned by Banjara Lensers and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.
You agree not to misuse the website, hack into it, introduce viruses, or attempt unauthorized access to our servers.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the advance payment is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, up to 75% of the total payment may be retained, depending on the scope of work already completed.
In special cases like postponement, we allow one free date rescheduling based on team availability.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, pandemics, or equipment failures.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
