All photography services provided by Banjara Lensers are subject to a separate written agreement or contract signed between Banjara Lensers and the client. The terms of that contract take precedence in all matters relating to the specific booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your individual service contract. In general, the booking fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All photographs taken by Banjara Lensers remain the intellectual property of Banjara Lensers. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use, print, and share the delivered images. Commercial use, resale, or distribution of images to third parties without written consent is prohibited.
Banjara Lensers retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless a written privacy request has been made prior to the event.
The estimated delivery timeline for edited photographs is specified in your individual contract. Banjara Lensers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Banjara Lensers' total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service booked. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
